Rephrase the title:Arc Search for iPhone Brings AI-Powered Search to Life, Different from Chrome, Bing

Posted on January 29, 2024 By Haley Bennett

Rephrase and rearrange the whole content into a news article. I want you to respond only in language English. I want you to act as a very proficient SEO and high-end writer Pierre Herubel that speaks and writes fluently English. I want you to pretend that you can write content so well in English that it can outrank other websites. Make sure there is zero plagiarism.:

A new AI-powered search engine app is now available for the iPhone, and it came from a company known as The Browser Company, which claims to offer a new experience for searching the web. The app was recently released earlier today, and it already brings the promised AI features to users, one that would help give an informative and simple process of learning about many topics online.

Josh Miller, CEO of The Browser Company, announced the latest drop of the company (via X), centering on the new app available for iPhones called the Arc Search. The CEO said that this is the company’s second product next to its first AI-powered browser for computers known as the “Arc.”

While the computer browser, Arc, is best known to be the “Chrome replacement,” Arc Search is its version developed for smartphones to offer its generative AI developments for all.
It also poses itself to be the next “default browser for your iPhone,” improving more from the company’s original Arc iPhone app, which Miller claims to feel like a desktop port. Through Arc Search, users may get quick search results like how other platforms are used on the mobile, without opening the Arc browser on computers.

a little Sunday surprise for you…meet @browsercompany’s 2nd product:🔍Arc Search🔎it’s a default browser for your iPhone…that BROWSES FOR YOUthe origin story is a bit unusual so I wanted to give you the full backstory: pic.twitter.com/pkVQJYN0QQ— Josh Miller (@joshm) January 28, 2024

What Does Arc Search Offer the World?
First off, Arc Search may be set as the iPhone’s default browser for all needs, alongside the capabilities to block various popups including GDPR and Newsletter, as well as offer security features like blocking ads and trackers.
There is also a feature called “Browse For Me” where the user only needs to input what they are looking for and the app collects web information and summarizes it for them for a quick read using AI, avoiding the need to open various websites or articles.
Arc Search is now available to download via the Apple App Store.
AI-Powered Search
Big Tech paraded its AI-powered search and other web experiences last year, and some of the most famous ones available now include Google’s work on Chrome, Microsoft’s Bing and Edge, and more.
For Chrome, Google is integrating its AI developments, including Bard, into the browser platform, with the recent Chrome 121 offering more experiences to enjoy for improving the experiences. It promised to help organize tabs and use generative AI to create special themes for users, as well as expand more on its “Help Me Write” feature for text fields.
On the other hand, Microsoft also went big with its AI integration towards Edge, particularly with the Bing experience, best known to be powered by OpenAI’s LLM. In search alone, Microsoft’s renowned AI developments are easily accessible, also offering the power to deliver AI-powered results and additional information straight from its chatbot.
Moving forward, there are more expected features that both Chrome and Edge will offer that center on AI.
Still, other competitors are opting in to bring a different experience with AI and browsing the internet, with the likes of old rivals including Mozilla and Opera. However, The Browser Company begs to differ from Big Tech, centering on the new Arc Search for iPhones to enjoy a new browsing experience that offers a slur of AI features, simplifying the experience for all.
