The USA has been selected to host the 2024 Copa America, leading up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be co-hosted with Canada and Mexico. This will be the first time the USA has hosted the competition after being re-invited to compete as part of a combined competition involving CONCACAF and CONMEBOL nations.

The tournament is scheduled to kick off on June 20, 2024, with the final set for July 14. Holders Argentina will feature in the tournament opener at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
A total of 16 teams will participate, with 10 from CONMEBOL and six from CONCACAF. The group stage will feature four groups of four teams each. The final two CONCACAF spots will be decided in the March 2024 playoffs between Canada and Trinidad and Tobago, and Costa Rica and Honduras.
The stadiums for the 2024 Copa America are yet to be confirmed, with only two stadiums confirmed at the time of writing: Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, FL, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA. Both stadiums will host various matches throughout the tournament.
