iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, are set to make their debut in China on November 7th. The company has also hinted at an upcoming launch in India, generating excitement among potential users.
The iQOO 12 is expected to come equipped with the new Q1 e-sports chip, offering an enhanced gaming experience. The flagship series will feature a remarkable 1/1.3-inch primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) support.
According to leaked information, the base model will offer 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Additionally, there are two other configurations available, offering 16GB of RAM with either 256GB or 512GB of internal storage. There might even be a special edition variant with a massive 1TB of storage.
In terms of camera capabilities, the iQOO 12 series is expected to boast a triple-camera setup, including a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 64MP telephoto sensor. The iQOO 12 Pro is likely to have the same camera configuration, except for a periscope sensor replacing the telephoto lens.
Excitingly, the iQOO 12 is confirmed to launch in India, as announced by iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya. This launch is significant as it will be the first smartphone in India to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
Although the exact launch date in the Indian market has not been revealed yet, previous leaks suggest that the smartphone will hit shelves by the end of November or in December. This news has sparked considerable anticipation among Indian consumers.
