The fate of the missing seat is not mentioned by the user on X. Hope they had a comfy journey back home/work/vacay or the secret mission they were on. Their post is just a reminder of how, at the core of everything, is us flawed humans, with flawed service and an attitude. Now compound that at scale, and you have a multinational firm that hasn’t figured out basic customer care and hospitality. Incorporate AI, and you are at the mercy of the machines moulded by flawed humans. What else can you expect? It cannot be worse than the shambolic state of the Indian Railways. Cough up Rs 2000 and book an XL seat, maybe.
