Tanmay Agarwal broke a couple of world records en route to scoring 366 runs – the fourth-highest first-class score by an Indian – for Hyderabad in their Ranji Trophy game against Arunachal Pradesh.

Agarwal reached his triple century in just 147 balls, breaking South African cricketer Marco Marais’ record for the fastest triple century in FC cricket. Marais, who represented Border, scored his triple ton in 191 balls against Eastern Province in the 2017-18 Sunfoil 3-Day Cup.

But, which player holds the record for the highest individual score in first-class cricket? The Sporting News provides the stats.
