Rephrase the title:’Focusing too much on social media’ – Rishabh Pant ‘sledges’ Michael Vaughan

Rephrase and rearrange the whole content into a news article. I want you to respond only in language English. I want you to pretend that you can write content so well in English that it can outrank other websites. Make sure there is zero plagiarism.:

In December 2022, when Indian wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant was involved in a horrific car accident, there were fears for his life, let alone his capability to return to the game. However, after recovering from the accident, and undergoing gruelling rehabilitation, he has finally returned.

Bet here on IPL 2024 and other cricket matches!

Earlier this week, the BCCI confirmed in a press release that Pant had been cleared by the National Cricket Academy (NCA) to return to action as a wicketkeeper-batter for Delhi Capitals in the upcoming season of the IPL.

Ahead of his imminent return to action, Pant made a guest appearance on the Club Prairie Fire podcast, alongside former England and Australian players Michael Vaughan and Adam Gilchrist.

After touching upon his health and his excitement ahead of the new season, Pant was asked about how he would ‘sledge’ Vaughan and Gilchrist. He has garnered a reputation as a wicketkeeper who likes to constantly chat with batters on the field.

Pant said,

I would say to Vaughan, “you are focusing too much on social media instead of playing cricket”. [For Gilchrist], I think he’s anyway off when he’s playing. He’s in his own zone, you can’t disturb these kinds of people, so nothing much I can say.

The hosts went on to as Pant whether he could give England’s players any advice for their tour to Australia next year, as the wicketkeeper has been part of both Indian teams that secured consecutive series victories Down Under.

He said, “I think they already know what they need to do. A simple thing I think is instead of punching the ball, look to cut the ball. Australia is the best place for cut and pull [because of the bounce], and the fuller ball will not disturb you.” On bowling, Pant added that high pace would likely be a potent weapon on Australian wickets.
